Venus Occultation by Moon

Today was the "occultation" of Venus by the Moon. "An occultation is an event that occurs when one object is hidden by another object that passes between it and the observer." The occultation started at 15:56 IST, but due to moon's proximity to the sun and due to sun's bright light I wasnt able to spot it.
Later in the evening (post-occultation) after the sunset the moon was visible with venus sitting very close to its southern limb. The view was beautiful and how could I leave without capturing it on my camera. Here is the photograph taken with a 300mm lens. Hope you like it.
